The process begins with your call or email to CWB requesting a proposal and providing contact information. Our network engineer will arrange to visit and prepare a site survey. These visits usually involve placing portable wireless access points in various positions and configurations to determine the equipment and cabling that will be necessary to provide 100 percent coverage of residential units and public areas.
CWB will create a detailed proposal based on the site survey, specifying the equipment to be installed, where it will be located, a timeline and the cost of the installation.
The proposal will include a standard Services Agreement representing a contract between the homeowners association and CWB covering provisions of the installation, ongoing support of the equipment and terms of compensation.
